Jonathan Feirman

Jon leads acquisitions, underwriting and debt-financing at Elevate. Jon has over 15 years of experience underwriting real estate debt and equity investments across the spectrum of real estate asset types. Prior to joining Elevate, Jon was a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was responsible for underwriting CMBS and mezzanine loans. He has held previous roles underwriting debt and equity transactions at Cushman & Wakefield, Situs, and UBS Investment Bank/Dillon Read Capital Management. Jon began his career as an investment banking analyst in the high yield group at Barclays Capital, where he focused on corporate bond issuance and leveraged loan transactions. He received a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
