Natalie King

Natalie joined the Elevate team as our Chief Operating Officer and brings over 23 years of experience in the fields of operations and real estate. Her past roles in the real estate industry cover the full deal lifecycle including Acquisitions, Dispositions, Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Asset Management. She previously served as the Investment Team Manager and Director of Communications and Marketing at a Georgia-based boutique real estate private equity firm with extensive multifamily and commercial real estate holdings in the Southeastern U.S. Natalie holds a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree from Western Kentucky University with an educational focus in communication, marketing, leadership, and is also a certified Project Management Professional.
